We start by gathering essential project information: scope, timeline and performance requirements. This conversation establishes direction and confirms alignment with the architectural intent and technical needs of the project. Drawings, reference imagery and preliminary specs are welcome at this stage.

Based on the initial review, we prepare a detailed proposal covering collection selection, scope and pricing. This step confirms design direction and gives all parties a chance to align before detailed documentation begins. Once approved, the project moves into design development.

Our design and engineering team develops comprehensive shop drawings for review and approval. These address dimensions, profiles, glazing, finishes and coordination with adjacent assemblies. Review cycles and approvals are built into this phase to ensure alignment across the design team, builder and installer before fabrication starts.

Fabrication takes place in our Los Angeles facility. Each component is cut, welded and assembled with close attention to tolerance and alignment. Lead time depends on system configuration, quantity and finish selection.

Frames are finished to the specified tier, then glazed and fitted with hardware. Each assembly is inspected for quality, consistency and performance before delivery.

We coordinate directly with the builder or installer to support delivery, fit and final alignment on site. Our team stays available throughout installation and commissioning to provide technical guidance and ensure the work performs as intended. Duration varies based on project scale, site readiness and sequencing with other trades.
